CLEARING APP CACHE AND DATA FOR A STUCK JELLYFISH CLOUD APP

IS YOUR APP STUCK ON THIS PAGE?

If your JellyFish Cloud App is not responding and is stuck on the screen above, then you probably need to clear your mobile device’s application cache and data for the JellyFish Cloud App.

CLEARING YOUR APP CACHE AND DATA

ANDROID

Open Settings.
Scroll down and select Apps.

If necessary, Tap the See all option at the bottom.

Tap the app name whose app cache you want to clear.

Tap Storage.

 

Tap Clear cache.

Tap Clear data.

 

iPHONE

The only ways to clear the app cache and app data on an iPhone are to either:

  1. Reboot the device (this should clear all unnecessary app cache)
    or
  2. Uninstall and reinstall the app
