If you are a customer of Jellystream Lighting in Southeastern Virginia and you are having a problem with your Jellyfish Lighting system, please fill out the support request form below.
Jellystream Lighting will contact you and make every effort to fix the problem over the phone. If we are unable to solve the issue remotely, we will schedule a support visit. If your system is under warranty (1 year for labor and 3 years for parts and equipment) there will be no charge for fixing a valid issue with the system.
NON-WARRANTY RELATED WORK
If your issue is not warranty related, there will be service fee. Our fee for a non-warranty service issue is
- $80 for the service call plus
- $80 per hour (billed at 30 minute increments)

OUR INSTALL/SUPPORT REGION
We only service and support the southeastern/coastal Virginia and northeastern North Carolina regions. If you are outside of that region and looking for an installation or need support please contact your local dealer for your region by visiting our JellyFish Lighting corporate office Dealer Map.
We also supply DIY Kits for those people in any region who would like to install the product themselves.
